This project proposes the commercial excavation and supply of high-quality gravel from a 2-acre reserve located at Diyathalakanda Estate, Pallekotuwa, Werallagama, Uduhenapola GN Division. The extracted gravel will be supplied to two major ongoing national infrastructure programmes: Central Expressway Project – Kandy–Galagedara Section and Kandy–Colombo Road Upgrading Works
